vfs objects
Is the ?important" vfs objects parameter documented in a man page anywhere? It appears in the man pages of several vfs modules, but never fully documented that I could find. Samba 3.4.2 with Solaris ZFS Snaphots
Hi,
I'm trying to make samba working with Solaris ZFS Snaphots.
Solaris 10 is running on a x64/X86 box which is both Samba (3.4.2)
server and Zfs server.
I created home/delaye filesystem with home zfs pool.
# zpool list
NAME SIZE USED AVAIL CAP HEALTH ALTROOT
home 1.98G 2.60M 1.98G 0% ONLINE -
home/delaye 2.47M 1.95G 1.66M /home/delaye

Acl not working
Hi I have a share running on a domain member. My domain root user is linked to the domain Administrator (user map).
When I go on windows to the share as Administrator I can access it. Then I change the acl settings. I give domain users access to the share. For some reason the changes are not visible on the unix system getfacl returns:
root at dna:/data# getfacl /data/share/
getfacl: Removing

Build error due to Waf task dependency cycle in run_after
Dear all,
trying to build some Heimdal-based packages for Samba AD DC under
openSUSE I am facing some difficulties with the build system:
During the installation which is triggered by "make install" waf complains
about some task dependency cycle after leaving folder bin/default.
