Windows share capital letter
Hi
I have a samba server and the users home folder begin with capital letters.
When I try to reach from windows the windows try to login small letter.
for example user folder /home/A1111
I see in the log /home/a1111
Can I tell samba server to accept this login ?

AFS thru Samba 3.0
...is not a good solution. We don't
want to install it on every single nodes 8(.
We need afs due to acls. (Posix acls is not enough to solve our special
needs.) I'm open for every other solution.

domain member server problems
...nstead of main them only on the PDC. So how can get member
servers synchronized. He uses samba password authentication. I think using
ldap could be the ultimate solution. I'm wondering your opinion.
