Vegemite Function is Cowardly refusing
R version 3.2.2.

I was to look at community tables from my dendrograms and am trying out the
vegemite command. This is the error I get:

I thought the problem was that I was using the log transformed data, but I
tried it on the raw (which is single digit numbers), and still no luck.

extracting groups from hclust() for a very large matrix

But, instead of listing the plots by name, it only tells me *how many*
plots are in the eight groups:
> table(VTM.8groups)

The vegemite() function also doesn't work for this reason - I have way
too many plots so they number in the thousands, which vegemite doesn't like.
