I have dovecot 1.2.10 installed on top of vpopmail (multiple MXs, delivering to OpenSolaris NFS share via tcp), and it seems that deliver is using the GMT time when writing the Maildir file, and vdelivermail just uses the adjusted time.. Or maybe it just allows the OS to write the timestamp. Either way, is this a known issue with deliver - or is there a patch? Blowing away the indexes and letting them get recreated seems to not help at all. This was an old vpopmail setup with both maildrop and vdelivermail doing the final delivery both now and prior to the migration to dovecot. For a quick fix, is there a way to have dovecot ignore the error and present the rest of the mailbox?
