Input to variables - help please
...r=TRUE)
All works fine but since I have a number of similar data files which have
different names, I would like the program to allow me to input the file
name, rather than having to edit the program.
>From the documentation I am unclear how to replace the "filename.csv" with a
string varaiable so that from the keyboard I can input the name.
Also which command can I use to output some text to the monitor as a prompt
Any help would be great and apologies for such a simple question. Thanks

lattice boxplot graphical parameters
Hello!
I'm trying my hand at lattice representations; I would like to represent a continuous varaiable as function of 2 factors and therefore use the following:
bwplot(x ~f1| f2) which works fine except that it plots black points at the value of the median. How can I remove them?
Thanks

Sipura Blind Transfer - Help
I know this isn't an asterisk thing, but since the recommendation to
get one came from here I figure lots of people out there have one. I
read the docs, and it says that in order to do a blind transfer I
should hit "flash", then dial "*__" then the number.
Now, how on a normal phone do I dial "asterisk underscore underscore"?
Can someone tell me how doing a

Newbie question: scaffold not working
I went through a tutorial at
http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/onlamp/2005/01/20/rails.html?page=1 to get
started with RoR. I really like the idea of the scaffold construct, but
I can''t seem to get it to work the way it was described in the tutorial.
I''ve got a mysql database that is properly configured, and a table
called ''quotes'' with a column called
