...LE=172.16.1.38 this allows 100 kbit to 172.16.1.38 if i download any of the files from my linux box but if i download a file from internet by setting the gate way of 172.16.1.38 as 172.16.1.180 it allows nearly 10Mbit i have tried the same using tc command where is the mistake ?
