[PATCH v2 1/4] common/mlstdutils: Extend the List module.
We defined a number of functions on lists which are not provided by the standard library. As with Char and String, let's extend List to add these new functions to a List pseudo-module (really Std_utils.List, but called List when you ‘open Std_utils’). The initial exported functions are all List functions from OCaml 3.11 + iteri + mapi. We can add other functions as needed. ---

[PATCH v2 0/3] New inspect_list_applications2 API
Here's the new API method and update to virt-inspector. I still need to implement app_arch for debian and windows (if applicable), for now they just return empty strings. New in v2: incorporated feedback from v1, also added patch #3 which updates the documentation where it references the deprecated API. Take it or leave it.

Vectorization of three embedded loops
Dear R-programmer, I wrote an adapted implementation of the Kennard-Stone algorithm for sample selection of multivariate data (R 2.7.1 under MacBook Pro, Processor 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory 2 GB 667 MHZ DDR2 SDRAM).
