Help with SVM package Kernlab
...ct(modelforSVM, testSeq);
Error in `contrasts<-`(`*tmp*`, value = "contr.treatment") : contrasts can
be applied only to factors with 2 or more levels
The training file is a data frame with 501 columns: Col 1 is "Class" which
is "+" or "-" and Cols V1 to V500 are "A/C/G/T" . There are 200 seq's for
training (100 + and - each). this is very similar to the "promotergene" data
set included as example with the package.
The model that I have generated is as follows:
modelforSVM <- ksvm(Class ~ ., data = train500, kernel = "r...

What's the difference between them then? isVN00() predicates are not used.

[LLVMdev] [patch] MicroBlaze Backend
I have been working on a LLVM backend for the MicroBlaze soft-processor:
http://www.xilinx.com/tools/microblaze.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MicroBlaze
Attached is the initial MicroBlaze patch. It does the following:
1. Adds mblaze as a target in configure and configure.ac
2. Adds mblaze specific intrinsics in include/llvm/IntrinsicsMBlaze.td and include/llvm/Intrinsics.td
3. Adds mblaze

The best motherboard for a home ZFS fileserver
I''m a fan of ZFS since I''ve read about it last year.
Now I''m on the way to build a home fileserver and I''m thinking to go with Opensolaris and eventually ZFS!!
Apart from the other components, the main problem is to choose the motherboard. The offer is incredibly high and I''m lost.
Minimum requisites should be:
- working well with Open Solaris ;-)
-
