Adding streaming MP3 files to websites
hi
i need to add some streaming media files to a website. the files are
hosted on an Icecast server and i link to them from my webserver using
.m3u files.
the files stream ok for users with Firefox/Winamp but for IE users i just
get a page with an embedded QuickTime player in it which just hangs. this
also hangs for me using Mozilla/Win2K.
i've made sure that /etc/mime.types on the

CentOS 5 loses ip address (newbie question)
Reserved ip in 192.168.x.x range for CenOS 5 (Samba Server)
loses samba clients due to eth0 losing it's ip.

e1071 probplot -grouping
Hello,
I am currently using probplot function in the e1071 package to do
cumulative probability plots . I want to be able to do multiple
cumulative probability plots ( based on a grouping of data) on a single
plot. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Perl array conversion in R to compare plots.
Hello all,
I am using RSPerl package to display plots in R . I want to be able to compare
some data in boxplot and in histogram and in probplot ( from e1071 package)
- ( cumulative probability plot - normal)
I have a nested arrray of data ... from perl like the following
data[0][0] = (1,2,3,.....)
data[0][1] = ( 2,1,2,2,2,2,2) - could be different lengths...

FC3 vfs object smb.conf samba 3.0.11
When Kaspersky adds the following to smb.conf
I can't connect from XP.
If I comment out "vfs object" connection is restored.
