Nothing really wrong there, but you are trying to setup profiles on a DC
as if it was a PDC, you must do this from Windows, see here:

Sorry, but you do not set up the profiles share on a Samba DC like that,

I have problem with migrate my samba AD.
When I install new version samba (4.12.5) in log I see comment : Kerberos:
Server not found In database: ldap/.: encryption type 3 not supported
In changelog I see that samba in version 4.12 not supported encryption type

Setting up Profiles share... 777?!

right? So i need to do:
chown <whatever>:'Domain Users' /srv/samba/profiles
chmod 770 /srv/samba/profiles
Right? If yes, it missed from the wiki... at least from:

Problem with login win10
Hi
I have problem with login in computer with win10. Sometimes when I try login
I get communicat the password entered is incorrect, in samba logs no errors.
I must restart computer and then I can login.
Sometimes login to computer work and block comuter (win+l), when try
unblock computer i see communicat - the password entered is incorrect.
My samba AD is in version 4.12.6. Users and computer

one, but they must be in this format:
[sharename]
??? path = /path/to/share_directory
??? read only = no
Do not add anything like valid users, force user, etc , you MUST set the
permissions from Windows, see here:
