My workstations have installed ubuntu 16.04 and 14.04.I Want that my workstations are integrated with Active Directory and can load configurations as userWorkstations attribute. The problem I have is to allow only the "management" users to login from certain stations, and deny the login rights to regular users. Hi, is anybody out there who is using Novell Edir. with samba? I have searched the archive and found some random notes but no real success story. Here is what I have achived so far. Maybe someone can give me some hints. I have tried the samba-nds.schema that comes with the 2.2.7a tar ball. Hello, Is there a mechanism in samba available to limit access to workstations by users to only one at a time? This is, that any given user can only be logged in at one workstation at a time. TIA wim bakker
