Getting started with sieve and conversion from procmail

but they didn't convert very well. Can someone show me how to convert
the following:
:0
{
:0 fhW
| /home/alex/bin/process-mail.pl
}
The script skipped right over that. I'm also trying to convert the following:
:0

* !USER_IN_WHITELIST

* !SPF_SOFTFAIL

The script only produced the following:

Looking for NTLM config example
Now that I am running Thunderbird on Linux and away from Windows/Outlook, I'd like to take
another run at setting up NTLM authentication from Thunderbird to my Samba4 AC/DC.
With the help of the samba maillist folks I was able to set up NTLM authentication for domain
user login. I should be able to do the same for email!
But, I need help. I went to

SpamAssassin under CentOS-6.4
I wonder if anyone is actually running SpamAssassin
with Postfix/Amavisd-new under CentOS-6.4 .
I have followed the instructions in
<http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Amavisd>
but as far as I can see SpamAssassin is not working.
I should say that I do not understand from this document
what is meant to happen to spam.
I understand that a Spam header is added,
but what actually happens to email
