Hi,
I got my * working fine with FWD at office with 2 extensions, i receive

Rename Samba 4 Users
Hi guys!
Do you know if there is a away to rename a list of samba 4 user accounts ?
I need to change a list of 2000 users from "login name" to a "login number"
i would not like to do this one by one.
I know that in windows server i can do using powershell script, but it
doesn´t work with samba.
If you have any ideia on how to do this i appreciate.
Thanks!!

group membership inconsistency on AD domain member
Hi,
I've been running a samba server with winbind (CentOS 7) as a member of
an AD Domain (Windows 2012 R2) for several months without a problem.
"Suddenly" I'm seeing the problem that the membership in newly created
AD groups isn't correctly visible for some users on the samba server or
only after some indefinite amount of time. I'm looking simply at the

File Permissions
I have set up Samba so that all users on my small network can read from my
one of my Linux shares as well as write to that share.
However, when user A saves a file to that share, user B can't open it -- and
vice versa. How can I set up samba so that all files written to that share can
be read, modified, and deleted by all users?
Thanks in advance for an answer to this question.

Windows pre-requisites for login with winbind?
Hi!
Indeed!, this sounds like good advice... there are certainly bugs, I had to get the 7.04.5 package from "proposed" to get resolve a PAM library issue!... although I suppose that's a packaging problem.
What is the best way to get an updated Samba package here, I'm trying to make this system reproduceable, I have a single script that builds the entire container, and sets up

Call connected, cannot hear or speak - $20 for fix
I am able to get this script to dial, but I am unable to talk or hear
anything. The script asks for the number to call and the the caller id to
display (if user is not at their normal extension). Once submitted, the
external extension receives a call, once answered the call is then placed to
the dentition number.
The script works as the call is place, but I cannot hear or say anything.
