stale/dead ups logic
...ot;stale/dead ups" situation. currently the "dead ups"
are assume alive(eg: host shutdown unnecessary), unless it is in the
"OB" state before going to stale.
our environment (ServerA + ServerB forms a cluster):
ServerA-> usb to UPSA -> two PS power by UPSA and UPSB -> upsmon
monitor two UPS
ServerB-> usb to UPSB -> two PS power by UPSA and UPSB -> upsmon
monitor two UPS
now if ServerB crash and then power's been cut, ServerA won't
shutdown since UPSB is stale/dead.

Confusion on Primary and Secondary
I have a PiNUT setup. It is physically connected (USB) and monitoring 3 UPS units (UPSA, UPSB, and UPSC). The PiNUT is powered by USPA. UPSA powers other equipment with clients installed. Other equipment will be clients of UPSB and UPSC.
I am confused about how to correctly configure the PiNUT settings. I have searched for howto notes but they seem to have conflicting information....
