'Dynamic' 3D plot
Hi, I am looking for a R package to draw 3d plot. But not in a static way like scatterplot3d or stuff like that. I would like to make rotate the plot, to zoom/unzoom etc..., actually to render the graph 'dynamic'... (for the biologist and bioinformatician, a R package which permitts to reproduce what pdb viewer does). Does a Way exist to do something like that in R ? Thanks,

Tutorial for graphics
I don't know of a good tutorial, but I find that looking at ?par is usually good for answering most graphing questions. To resize axes, look at xlim and ylim under ?par. As for changing the axes, you can suppress the axes using e.g., for the x-axis xaxt="n" in your plotting function call, and then add your own axis using the axis() function (see ?axis). X11 image problem in R-2.8.0 Under development / R-2.7
...aspects of my system. If I create a plot, e.g., > plot(1:10) I get a graphics device as expected. I then click on the 'zoom' box on my X11 window, so the window expands to occupy the entire screen. The plot is redrawn at the scale of the large window, but is clipped to the 'unzoomed' size. I only see the top left portion of the plot, occupying the space of the original image. Here are the R essentials; I'm using X11 on a recent SuSE, connecting via a moderately out-of-date cygwin from Windows. I'm happy to provide more detail if pointed in the right direction (...

SoI then copied the plugin directly into /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins and eliminated the symlink from the equation. nada. I then

Compiz 8.6 on openSuSE 11.0 -- Success! But need help with a few issues.
Dominique, cc: compiz, Dominique, you wanted the feedback, and List, I need your help. I have installed and fully configured (kicked the tires) on compiz 8.6 on openSuSE 11.0 and on balance it is great. There are a few weird things going on. Most notably, the number of options in ccsm that now uncheck themselves. In the past (compiz 0.5.6 - 0.8.2) there may have been one or two that would stick
