Early legalization pass ? Doing early legalization in an existing pass ?

The optimizer knows how to do these kind of transformations, but the
backend do not. I encountered the same issue a some time back in a memory
allocator, and worked around it, but as I'm encountering it again in the
serialization library, I'm assuming there may be some untapped source of
optimizations here.
I was unsure about where these optimizations should take place. Clearly, we
want to do them early in the pipeline so that other passes can pick up on
it. I was looking around but it didn't seemed like there was a good place
to add this transformation.
Other examp...

tool, but I would like to make R available to an audience who do not
deal with a lot of statistics.
Of course, there are other tools for engineering drawing, circuitry
design and such others, but maybe there is a niche area (somewhere in
between core engineering and statistics) which is yet untapped, and R
"might" be of help there.
Thank you.

Re: mp3pro and the mp3 streaming license]
...ing the DMCA repealed would be too much to hope for, but one can
dream right.. :) I agree that they shouldn't have been involved in this at
all, but Napster was bound to attract their attention to what was going on
online.. I think they were pretty clueless before that, and now they see an
untapped potential revenue stream.
Anyone can say what they want about Napster and the other services of that
nature, in regard to how the RIAA hasn't lost any money, how it doesn't go
to the Artist anyway, etc.. but IMHO the truth of the matter was that 90%
of the users or more were using it ju...

Winamp v5.22 / oddcast / aac+
I believe that Oddsock is using a Content Type of aacp.
Using a .aac extension with this Content Type may present a conflict.
This might actually be by design.
I will do some further testing with Winamp and report here tomorrow.
I will also double-check with the developer of Winamp for complete
clarification.
FYI, Orban Opticodec-PC allows the use of either Content Type of aac
or aacp. aac is

using spec.pgram
Hi everyone,
first of all, I would like to say that I am a newbie in R, so I apologize in
advance if my questions seem to be too easy for you.
Well, I'm looking for periodicity in histograms. I have histograms of
certain phenomenons and I'm asking whether a periodicity exists in these
data. So, I make a periodogram with the function spec.pgram. For instance,
if I have a histogram h, I

The rates are in arbitration, and I doubt they will come out anywhere
near that amount. It just isn't feasible, even for large companies.
