I suspect there is a permissions issue starting soon after Fri Feb 8
16:31:49 EET 2013 and that Mailman's error log has lots of tracebacks
from this. If that is the case, the messages were probably all shunted
and running Mailman's bin/unshunt after fixing the underlying issue and
also making sure that any messages older than Fri Feb 8 16:31:49 EET
2013 in Mailman's 'shunt' queue that should not also be reprocessed are
removed.
