[TPM, vTPM] Persistence of data on VM?
Hi, In advance, sorry, I am not sure if it''s the right mailing list to ask that, but as my question is half-way between Xen and trousers, I thought asking in both mailing lists would not be too much.... I am currently having a little problem finding out how to make work my seal/unseal things... Running a Debian Lenny on top of Xen 3.5 unstable. with vtpm management enabled on my VM''s, my wish is to make some sealing tests on my VM''s/ So here are all the operations I do : *On the Dom0* /etc/inid.d/trousers stop # TrouSerS prevents use of the vtpm manager, b...

overloading + operator for chars
Hello,   I would like to overload the "+" operator so that it can be used to concatenate two strings, e.g "John" + "Doe" = "JohnDoe". How can I 'unseal' the "+" method? > setMethod("+", signature(e1="character", e2="character"), function(e1, e2) paste(e1, e2, sep="") ) Error in setMethod("+", signature(e1 = "character", e2 = "character"),  :   the method for fu...

solved: building icecast2 on OpenBSD
Icecast2 compiles on OpenBSD 3.2 with the steps outlined by Moritz (thanks for that). I'm running into problems streaming ogg files from the fileserve directory, although serving mp3 files from the same directory happens without a hitch...again, both work fine on a Debian system. I'll try building the ogg and vorbis libraries from source to see if that fixes anything (they are

building icecast2 on OpenBSD
Is there anyone who has built icecast2 successfully for OpenBSD? I built it from source with no problem on Linux, but on my OBSD system the configure bombs while checking for a function in libxslt... # ./configure checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c checking whether build environment is sane... yes checking whether make sets ${MAKE}... yes checking for working

Icecast2 and IceS2 client problem
Dear All: I have Icecast2 and IceS2 successfully built and installed on a Debian 3.0 system. After tinkering with the config files, both applications are running and seem to be talking to each other without problem. However, when I try to connect with a client, I run into problems: with Winamp 2.8, I get an [HTTP/1.0 200 OK] message, but then the stream is apparently dropped before buffering.

specs on private methods
How does a person test private methods? Is there a way to declare them as private, but retain any tests that were written during the initial development? Thanks. -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

The House of .... BETHESDAY ... and stripping in a Fishbowl. #nipoolsoparmleg
...aside from perhaps a little bit of "mischief" left in me, more on the Pool of Bethesda in a little bit. We are very much coming to a turning point, I've decided to stop updating my "online book" and I think it's pretty clear from what's there that we have the key to unsealing the hidden code of the Matrix as well as a first step towards proving that this plan to take a Quantum Leap forward in terms of safety and happiness is signed in the hand of God... and very much clearly his "re" for ... Creation ... to help an entire civilization to "ascend"...
