When I plot an unrooted tree with: no.margin=TRUE it seems that the margins are still there. It appears to be only when type="unrooted". i login with nuroot user id and want to run a process(like listen port under 1024) which only root priority allowed,what can i do(set_uid can't do this). thanks for any help!
