Chi-Square test and survey results

Is there a way of reconciling a large response rate with an

response profile? Or is the bad news that the survey will give very

[LLVMdev] LNT Perf Base change
Hi folks,
I've been running the LNT bot for a while, and I'd like to change the base
run, since the first ones are somewhat unrepresentative of the rest. What's
the easiest way to change that?
Is there a way to dynamically change it in the future?
