OGG Vorbis I
Hi,all
I don't quite understand why vorbis I spec dictates that "Ogg stream
must be unmultiplexed".
Ogg can include both audio and video, that means one Ogg stream can both
have vorbis and theora multiplexed. How vorbis I spec say could not
allowed?
Thanks!

Vorbis I specification
...at Vorbis I specification states and ogg logical
and physical bitstream overview document.(
http://xiph.org/vorbis/doc/oggstream.html)
I am quoting here the Vorbis I specification
"The Ogg/Vorbis I specication currently dictates that Ogg/Vorbis streams
use Ogg transport streams in degenerate, unmultiplexed form only. That is:
*A meta-headerless Ogg le encapsulates the Vorbis I packets .*
*The Ogg stream may be chained, i.e., contain multiple, contigous logical
streams*
*(links).*
* The Ogg stream must be unmultiplexed (only one stream, a Vorbis audio
stream,*
*per link)*
This is not to say that i...

Chained streams and granule position
Hi!
I don't find any detailed information about this in the specification,
so I try a question here.
If two plain, unmultiplexed Ogg/Vorbis-files are chained into one
file, you end up with an Ogg-file with two logical Vorbis streams.
When playing this file, would it be correct for a decoder to synchronize
the two streams according to the granule position of the Ogg pages
(playing them simultaneously), or should the stream...
