[LLVMdev] RFC: Plugable intrinsics
I can think of many people that use LLVM and maintain out of tree extentions that will likely never be incorporated into mainline. Maintaining out of tree intrnisics takes a fair amount of work and leads to the choice of using a single version of LLVM for a project (and thus have to manually incorporate bug fixes) or risk untimely breakage. I propose that the plugin be extended to allow plugable

First we would like to describe the purpose of using Zero-Knowledge (ZK) for user authentication. Traditional authentication methods like challenge-response with passwords or public keys leak information about the credentials of a user (prover) to the verifyin...

quadratic form
On page 22 of the R-introduction guide it's written: the quadratic form x^{'} A^{-1} x which is used in multivariate computations, should be computed by something like x%*%solve(A,x), rather than computing the inverse of A. Why isn't it good to compute t(x) %*% solve(A) %*% x? Thanks a lot for help!

[nbdkit PATCH 0/8] fd leak safety
There's enough here to need a review; some of it probably needs backporting to stable-1.12. This probably breaks tests on Haiku or other platforms that have not been as on-the-ball about atomic CLOEXEC; feel free to report issues that arise, and I'll help come up with workarounds (even if we end up leaving a rare fd leak on less-capable systems). Meanwhile, I'm still working on my
