Any other suggestion will be very appreciated...

Darwin-Aqua R-devel
I've been able to build a very primitive Aqua GUI for Darwin R.
This version as minimum event handler support but at least you can drag
around the quartz device.
You need to download the RAqua.app.sit archive from
http://www.economia.unimi.it/R/
You need to unstuff it and put inside your system Applications folder
(i.e. /Applications)
If you click on the RAqua icon nothing will happen (in reality
something happens if you have a look at the Console log window).
To run this version of R you should type the following from a term...

- Fix seeding.
- Add a test that nbdkit-random-plugin is producing something
which looks at least somewhat random.

there are two files: R140b1.sit and R140b1.sit.hqx

Many tests have been done but you help will be precious. Several things
have been changed or implemented both in R internals and Mac GUI.
Problem reports to stefano.iacus@unimi.it or to r-sig-

so no feature requests ....)

from a normal bivariate distribution to the marginal one
Hello,
I'm quite new with R and so I would like to know if there is a command
to calculate an integral.
In particular I simulated a bivariate normal distribution using these
simple lines:
rbivnorm <- function(n, # sample size
mux, # expected value of x
muy, # expected value of Y
sigmax, # standard deviation of

RAqua with X11 TclTk
I've built a version of RAqua that uses X11 TclTk and NOT AquaTclTk.
http://www.economia.unimi.it/R/RAquaX11.dmg (15 MB disk image)
The idea is that you: launch RAqua, launch X application (the X
Server), and from inside R type
x11() # just tt set DISPLAY to :0.0. Eventually close this window
device, we don't need this.
