Pigeonhole implicit keep gets unfiltered message
...erstanding the design?
I run my messages through a vnd.dovecot.filter. It's essentially this:
filter "spam_filter";
if spamheaders {
fileinto "spam";
stop;
}
Mail stored in the spam folder is the filtered version, but the
implicit-keep message is the original, unfiltered message. If I add an
explicit `keep;` to the end, it stores the filtered version into my inbox.
Based on the filter RFC, I was expecting the implicit keep to retain the
filtered version. Am I misinterpreting the spec?

I did a quick test, and I am not seeing any problem...

filter_parameter_logging
Hi,
Is there a way to specify keys of a hash in params to
filter_parameter_logging.
For example, my payment form sends creditcard[:number] and
creditcard[:type] in params and I filter these keys using
filter_parameter_logging :number, :type.
I don''t want :number and :type in other forms to be filtered. Is there
a way to solve this?
thanks,
Ritesh

Appletalk printing through Samba
Hi,
I've really tried a lot of things but can't work it out....
I've got a Apple Laserwriter 630 working through appletalk/netatalk. Using
lp/lpr I'm able to print, no problem.
However, when using samba through Windows ME, the printer will print my
pages but also throws out an additional blank page and a page with:

that don't hit any filters gives the error (in the sieve log):

As far as I can tell, Pidgeonhole has hard-coded to the behavior of
'keep' (that is unfiltered emails) to be:
fileinto "INBOX/"
However, in my setup "INBOX/" is not a valid folder. "INBOX" is. Is
there a way to get pidgeonhole sieve to treat 'keep' as fileinto
"INBOX"? Or do I need to reconfigure my dovecot namespaces? I tried

pigeonhole: upgrade 0.4.3 -> 0.4.6 broke script storage
...ins = sieve
postmaster_address = <snip>
}
plugin {
sieve = /data/dovecot/user/%u.sieve
sieve_extensions = +editheader
sieve_max_redirects = 50
}
And even if I change $sieve to:
sieve = file:/data/dovecot/user/%u.sieve
the error messages disappear but based on the sudden unfiltered wave of
mails in my INBOX that I usually store somewhere else, I guess the path
still doesn't work.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Petar Bogdanovic

Sieve rule issue with certain character sets
...----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
I have a global sieve rule in place to filter mailing-lists. This has worked well so far. Recently however one subscriber on a list seems to create strange character set encodings in the 'From' and 'To' headers. This leads to unprocessed/unfiltered mails (no errors thrown). Is this a configuration or Pigeonhole issue (latest HG used)?

[PATCH] btrfs: mask out gfp flasg in releasepage

Filter optimization remarks by the hotness of the code region
..., I think it is important to allow the frontend to filter.
I am not sure I follow, can you please elaborate. Are you saying that for example in the listing use case we don’t want the filtered diagnostics? In other words it should be up to the remark handler to decide whether it wants filtered or unfiltered remarks?
> The frontend, or other tool, might also want to collect information from different compilation jobs to provide the user with an overall ranking.
Strictly speaking about PGO, the different compilation jobs get the same PGO with the aggregated profile, thus the hotness calculated...

Difficulties with dataframe filter using elements from an array created using a for loop or seq()
...0, 2.3.0, and 2.0.0 on several different computers (Mac OS 10.4.8,
Windows XP, Linux). Below the signature, you will find my test case R code.
My point in this folly is to take a dataframe of 300,000 rows, create a
filter based on two of the rows, and count the number of rows in the
filtered and unfiltered dataframe. One column in the filter only has the
numbers 0.05, 0.15, 0.25, 0.35, 0.45, 0.55, 0.65, 0.75, 0.85, 0.95, so I
thought that I could just iterate in a for loop and get the job done. Just
the simple single column filter case is presented here. Obviously, there are
only ten numbers, so...
