How to distinguish between UNEXISTENT channels v/s UNAVAILABLE channels
Is there a way to distinguish, in the answer of the Dial command, when a channel is not available (for example, an unregistered but valid SIP user) v/s when the dialed channel is inexistent, even when it matches an extension? For example, I've the following simple dial plan: exten => _XX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN},10,) exten => _XX,2,GotoIf(DIALSTATUS = CHANUNAVAIL?4:3) exten =>

R 2.11 on Ubuntu 9.10 does not complain abt unexisting objects
Hi I recently updated to R 2.11 and see a strange problem. When run into the console, R does not warn when calling an unexisting object, see below. I don't know if this is related, but I am not able to run the R CMD BATCH properly... Did someone see a similar problem? Which information can I provide more on this problem? Thanks for help! Uploads with FCKEditor
Hello everyone. Since I''ve found very poor documentation about the rails FCKEditor plug-in and Easy-FCKEditor (which is a fork of the very same plug-in), I decided to bother you with my noobish questions. I have this weird sensation that the image-uploading feature of FCKEditor isn''t supposed to work magically, without some sort of server side preparation, but I have no idea

addind imap support to rsync
when seeking for syncing two imap maildir folders one has the choice among many programs such as imapsync, isync, offlineimap ... But all of these provide individually only a few options. For example syncing a folder by only appending unexisting files, i.e. without deleting anything seem to be supported by no one real imap syncing software stable release. Here "real syncing" means a process that first collects the data it needs about the files in the destination folder and proceeds with syncing with the requested options. For ex...

ARP queries generating entries in routing cache
Hello! I''ve noticed a strange thing: when a client system generates an arp query for an unexistent host, the routing cache entry is being made. My system is Fedora 2 with vanilla 2.6.11. the client is 10.1.1.2 with mask 255.255.0.0 the router/firewall is 10.1.1.1 with mask 255.255.255.0 Yes, the masks are different and this cannot be fixed easily. So, when the client generates ARP

R-2.0.0 findVar and findFun question
...causes the following error when used to find a generic function (such as print): fun = Rf_findVar(...); R_tryEval(fun, ...); Error in function (object, ...) : Invalid generic function in usemethod Alternatively, using Rf_findFun(...) seems OK in this context, but crashes if you call it with an unexisting function name. Rf_findVar does not crash in this case, but returns an unbound value. My workaround for now is as follows: fun = Rf_findVar(Rf_install(ident), R_GlobalEnv); if (fun != R_UnboundValue) { fun = Rf_findFun(Rf_install(ident), R_GlobalEnv); R_tryEval(fun, ...);...

Using --keep-dirlinks : recursive symlinks problem
...Example: # ls -la . total 6 drwxrwxr-x 2 bldmstr staff 512 Aug 16 21:42 . drwxrwxr-x 8 bldmstr staff 512 Aug 16 21:41 .. lrwxrwxrwx 1 bldmstr staff 2 Aug 20 12:07 bogus -> .. if you use '--keep-dirlinks --delete' rsync goes into recursion trying to delete unexisting directory at destination. Is it possible to introduce a feature, or make it a default to ignore recursive dirlinks under --keep-dirlinks? Highly doubt this behaviour would ever be called for :) Or please kick me in the right direction for a workaround which would make --keep-dirlinks consider...

url.access-deny
Hello, There are several proxy servers that for some reason try every night to download some gif files that do not exist on my site. They make about 70 requests on the same second and that''s not good to my application I was trying to use url.access-deny to deny the access to the unexisting gif files, but for some reason it does not work (meaning that I still see the request in the production.log file) Any suggestion is welcome. Below are some snipets from my lighttpd.conf file server.modules = ( "mod_rewrite", "mod_access","mod_fastcgi", &quot...

Yam not generating repomd.xml
I think I have obeyed the docs. Metadata in yam conf says repomd (formerly createrepo but led to "unexisting --update option" message). Conf is otherwise pretty close to examples. I have downloaded Centos 4.4 ISOs, I have done yam -gv, ISO files are correctly mounted and published via HTTP, etc but no xml files are generated anywhere under /var/www/yam. What am I overlooking? Can I have yam make repo...

Mandrake 7.0 + 2.0.6 out of the box.
...home/test read only = No create mask = 0777 guest ok = Yes security = share Some of the workstations are able to connect to Test, the existing server too via smbclient but the rest of the workstations can't connect. The error message displayed by Windows is (sorry it's a translation) "Unexisting share on this server" I set up debug level to 8 but I found nothing special in the log files as if the connect request didn't reach nmbd or smbd. Any help would be appreciated. Please reply to bernard.frit@temperance.com Thanks in advance, -- Bernard Frit

SIP Realtime 1.2.5 and Username/auth name mismatch ?
Hello, I installed 1.2.5 and realtime SIP. The connection to the DB is OK because I can get the values from the CLI. Here are my 3 different cases: 1- If I put an unexisting user, I get 404 and I am not able to dial. 2- If I check "Disable registration" within Firefly it does not register but I am able to dial a destination (...) 3- If I leave registration ON, I get the 404 message but I am not able to dial a destination.... This is weird, anyone had this...

Bug#666135: Multiple "Domain-0", slow libvirt

undesireable lazy loading
...sql( ["SELECT * FROM links LEFT JOIN user_votes ON links.id = user_votes.link_id" + " AND user_votes.user_id = ?", session[:user_id]] ) If a user hadn''t voted for a given link yet, an empty record is returned (NULL). The problem is that when trying to call that unexisting associated object (link.user_vote) Rails attempts to retrieve it from the database. This can result in getting a vote that belongs to another user. Is it possible to disable the lazy-loading feature for that particular association? Is there any other way to perform the above-mentioned JOIN wi...

[PATCH 3/8] v2v: -o rhv-upload: improve lookup of specified resources (RHBZ#1612653)
...h will store them. Similarly, rework the createvm script to directly get the requested cluster, instead of looking for it once again. Also, since the UUID of the storage domain is available in virt-v2v already, use it directly instead of using a placeholder. This should fix a number of issues: - unexisting/unattached storage domains are rejected outright - the cluster is rejected if not part of the same data center of the selected storage domain - renaming the specified storage domain during the data copying will not cause the conversion to fail (which will still use the specified storage domai...
