is busy too.
Log file with log level 10 is attached.
But, unfortunately, I can't undrestand where is problem , so file is
very big :-(
Program tries to create file ITG13B05.MDX.
Any ideas?
Thank you!

winbind capabilities
...y schema
already has the msSFU30 schema added.
I've done extensive research, and it seems my options are:
1) implement services for unix on a windows server
2) use straight LDAP auth (LDAP NSS, LDAP pam)
3) use LDAP in NSS and kerb in pam
4) use LDAP in NSS and winbind in pam
>From what I undrestand, there is no feesable way of implementing winbind
in NSS and maintaining existing UID/GID mappings.
#1 doesn't really work for us (we want to ditch NIS for a number of
reasons and we can't adequately secure NIS running under SFU).
#2 doesn't really work due to security constraints and...

hatvalues?
I am struiggling a bit with this function 'hatvalues'. I would like a little more undrestanding than taking the black-box and using the values. I looked at the Fortran source and it is quite opaque to me. So I am asking for some help in understanding the theory. First, I take the simplest case of a single variant. For this I turn o John Fox's book, "Applied Regression Analysis and...

Logistic regression with more than two choices
Dear all R-users,
I am a new user of R and I am trying to build a discrete choice model (with
more than two alternatives A, B, C and D) using logistic regression. I have
data that describes the observed choice probabilities and some background
information. An example below describes the data:
Sex Age pr(A) pr(B) pr(C) pr(D) ...
1 11 0.5 0.5 0 0
1 40 1 0 0 0
0 34 0 0 0 1
0 64 0.1 0.5 0.2 0.2

Xen Networking problem!
Hi,
I ''ve got a CentOS 5.2 server running xen 3.0 with 2 DomUs also running
CentOS 5.2.
All my boxes are up-to date.
I''m experiencing trouble with networking.
Dom0 can reach the outside world when no DomU are started. It can also
reach the outside world when only one DomU is running.
The troubles begin when I start the second DomU. At first, this new
DomU, called DomU2,

[newbie] aggregating table() results and simplifying code with loop
Dear all,
I'm looking for primary help at aggregating table() results and at
writing a loop (if useful)
My dataset ( http://goo.gl/gEPKW ) is composed of 23k rows, each one
representing a point in the space of which we know the land cover over
10 years (column y01 to y10).
I need to analyse it with a temporal sliding window of 5 years (y01 to
y05, y02 to y06 and so forth)
For each period
