Relay-only icecast with no encoders.
Hello.
Let me describe my situation. In Ukraine traffic to outside world costs
much more than ukrainian trafiic, so I want to save my money and make
"mirror" stream server.
I set up icecast 1.3 server in USA and now I want to relay stream.

Users in Ukraine & cyrillic support

university and they asked what programs to use. I said "R" of course,
and they then asked me 'what support does it have for Cyrillic'?
i've done some snooping in the R website and all the references i find
to foreign languages concern c and fortran, not Ukrainian or Russian.
Since i'm an English-only user, I have no idea what is involved here, or
what difficulties might be caused with non-English character sets and
file systems.
Not to mention the problem that the documentation/manuals are in English.

more PO files available at the TP
Hi,
At the translationproject there are four more languages available
than are included in the 1.42.10 tarball: Danish, Esperanto, Malay,
and Ukrainian. Please include these in your next release.
Attached patch adds the missing language codes to the po/LINGUAS
file. The easiest way to fetch the missing files (and the latest
updates) is to run:
rsync -Lrtvz translationproject.org::tp/latest/e2fsprogs/ po

unionfs related patch
