constraining correlations
...to 2 siblings. I would like to
somehow constrain all the sibling correlations (twin-sib and sib-sib)
to be the same while allowing the twin-twin correlation to be
different. Here is some simulated code:
set.seed(5)
famdata <- matrix(rnorm(400),ncol=4,dimnames=list(NULL,c("Twin1","Twin2","Sib1","Sib2")))
famdata[runif(100)<.2,3] <- NA #20% of sib 1s are missing
famdata[runif(100)<.4,4] <- NA #40% of sib 2s are missing
cor(famdata,use="pairwise.complete")
<R output>

Need to pick your brain for recommendation on using 2.5" or 3.5" HDDs for Asterisk server...
Hi Everyone,
I am stack between two identical systems (2U Twin2, 4 nodes, SuperMicro)
servers that have the same exact specs except for HDDs. These nodes will all
either have Asterisk installed with CentOS or will have Asterisk install in
virtual environment.
Option 1: *12* x 3.5" HDD (3 HDDs per node)
Option 2: *24* x 2.5" HDD (6 HDDs per node)

[SPAM] XCP 1.0beta and vastSky. What information I have gathered, what I did and how "far" I got with it.
...t
the matter. Been trying to google a lot, but with no luck. I''ll write here
what information I''ve gathered, what I tried and how far I managed to get
with this.
I include information about my hardware, in case it has something to do with
all this. I have one four node SuperMicro twin2 server (2026TT-HiBQRF) with
QDR InfiniBand (haven''t bought a switch or managed to get drivers for dom0''s
yet, so it''s gigabit ethernet for now). Each node is identical, containing:
1x Intel Xeon E5620, 12GB ddr3, 3x 60GB OCZ Vertex2 ssd and 3x 500 GB
