tools one could to use to troubleshoot for Apache
...ng time to view the pages the website is a static
website ( suppose this website does not server dynamic data or does not
connect to a database )... what would one check other than :
the server load ( cat /proc/loadaverage ) ,
the Apache logs ,
the number of client connection ( netstat -tupln |grep :80 |wc -l )

how would i know if it a client side issue or a server side issue ........

httpd cannot serve web page on port 2812 (for Monit)
Might there be anything CentOS related on why I cannot access the
Monit GUI system on http://box-running-monit.com:2812 ?
I am using a very basic /etc/monit.conf config, but I cannot get it
serve the web page on my box
The service start and stops fine (e.g. "/etc/init.d/monit start"), and
I have it set to listen to port 2812 in the "/etc/monit.conf file" (so

VNC server not reponding to external requests
Hello everyone:
I tried following the instructions on this page to set up a VNC
server:

I can telnet to port 5901 from the machine itself:
# telnet 127.0.0.1 5901
Trying 127.0.0.1...
