[LLVMdev] question-TUD, germany
hi everyone, here i have a question: is there any chance in llvm intermediate representation to compare whether a operand (ie a value) is used as a user without iterating over all the instructions in a basic block. i will explain this with an example: i=p+4; j=i+p; in the above example i mean p,4,i,p which are on the RHS are operands and the terms i,j which are on the LHS are users. so what i

Dovecot 2.3.0 TLS
All, our dovecot installation provides a bundle of intermedia CA certificates using the ssl_ca option. 2.3.0 does not supply the bundle, resulting in various clients either complaining about an unverifiable server cert, or quietly not connecting. The log has Jan 5 17:01:46 Bounce dovecot: imap-login: Disconnected (no auth attempts in 0 secs): user=<>, rip=XXX, lip=YYY, TLS

InstantRails Apache SSL configuration on Windows
I''ve recently deployed an application using InstantRails 1.3a on Windows and was searching around for instructions on how to configure this instance of Apache to use SSL. I came across the following resource: http://tud.at/programm/apache-ssl-win32-howto.php3 When I finally brought the application up, I encountered the following errors in the Apache log: [warn] Loaded DSO modules/mod_scgi.so uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! Rebuild of kernel 2.6.9-67.0.20.EL failure
Hello list. I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without modifications. How did I try it? Created a (non-root) build environment (not a mock ) Installed the kernel.scr.rpm and did a rpmbuild -ba --target=`uname -m` kernel-2.6.spec 2> prep-err.log | tee prep-out.log The build failed at the end: Processing files: kernel-xenU-devel-2.6.9-67.0.20.EL Checking

Bug in print.default: dispatches to global show instead of methods::show
Hello, This is already fixed in r-devel, I think by this commit: https://github.com/wch/r-source/commit/b59a1526085d1b4375b184d35118c6fd6f003912#diff-12de104c9320556f0e99da345c6fb259 <https://github.com/wch/r-source/commit/b59a1526085d1b4375b184d35118c6fd6f003912#diff-12de104c9320556f0e99da345c6fb259> Best, Lionel > On 21 Feb 2019, at 00:07, Dean Attali <daattali at gmail.com>

I think all 3 issues are solved by: 1. Use the "+" button on github.com <http://github.com/> and select "Import a repository". 2. Pass the URL of your SVN repo. quiet namespace load is noisy
Hello, I think `quietly` should only silence normal masking messages intended for users and providing information about normal behaviour, such as masking. This is not the case here as the message is about overriding of S3 methods, which has global effect and is rather problematic. It may change behaviour of package and script code in unpredictable ways. This is not something that the user can

NextMethod() and argument laziness
Hi all, I'd like to ask if the following behavior is a bug. To me it certainly feels surprising, at the very least. In this example, I would like to call NextMethod() from my `child` object, have `cols` be left untouched, and then substitute(cols) in the parent method. It works when you use a `parent` object (as expected), but I would have also expected to get `mpg` back when calling it from

print.<strorageMode>() not called when autoprinting
FWIW it was the intention of the patch to make printing of unclassed functions consistent with other base types. This was documented in the "patch 3" section: https://bugs.r-project.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17398 I think we need a general way to customise auto-printing for base types and even classed objects as that'd be useful for both users and IDEs. However S3 dispatch may

Minor Infelicity in Printing of Objects Nested in Lists
Hello, The main reason for resetting the tagbuf in `print.default()` and other entry points to the print routine is that it is currently not reset on exit. Creating a context to reset it on exit to its last value might work. This should be done in the entry points rather than in print-value-rec though, since callers of the latter might write to the tagbuf. Another solution to this problem is
