I've just set up a new box with FC1+updates and the latest Stable Asterisk from CVS. Asterisk is started with the default safe_asterisk script with a console on TTY9. The coloured text on this console is made up of weird characters instead of normal. Please see http://www.softins.co.uk/dsc00018.jpg for an example. So I ran asterisk in 'script' and cut a line containing some blue text (Registered application 'Exec', the word Exec is in blue) and sent it to all my virtual consoles. Hi, For some reason, my AGI perl scripts cannot write to the CLI console using standard error. I ran the agi-test.agi test script that came with asterisk and verified that the problem was not with the code. Asterisk is always started with 4 or more v's, yet this the CLI output does not show up. Have there been any major changes to AGI in the cvs-head? I am using Asterisk CVS-D2005.08.05.

Anyway, I changed to boot to run level 5, start a phony session (i.e. login with an I.D. that is resevred to do nothing at all), do logout->switch user, which starts a session on tty7 where I login, again for tty8 and again for tty9 which gets me operating as is my habit with three different user-IDs on ttys 7-9. Hello, I am trying to run a program named "Prognos" (Version 5) for medical purposes by a Company named "MedPrevent" (http://www.medprevent.de/produkte-prognos_de.php). As installation crashed, I installed on Windows and then copied the installed files to Linux where I wanted to run the app via wine. The startup dialogs show up but then there is an error message that the
