r code to broaden the boarder of the bars of a histogram
...s=30, xlab="Punkte", ylab="H?ufigkeit",
main="Histogramm", col= heat.colors(30), border= "red")
I suspect that it has to do with the "lwd" command but can't figure it out.

Is there any way of making such a plot or should I rearrange the data so
that time is also a factor specified by a column?
Thank you very much in advance.

problem with predict(mboost,...)
Hi,
I use a mboost model to predict my dependent variable on new data. I get the following warning message:
In bs(mf[[i]], knots = args$knots[[i]]$knots, degree = args$degree, :
some 'x' values beyond boundary knots may cause ill-conditioned bases
The new predicted values are partly negative although the variable in the training data ranges from 3 to 8 on a numeric scale. In order to

multinomial conditional logit models
A multinomial logit model can be specified as a conditional logit
model after restructuring the data. Doing so gives flexibility in
imposing restrictions on the dependent variable. One application is
to specify a loglinear model for square tables, e.g. quasi-symmetry
or quasi-independence, as a multinomial logit model with covariates.
Further details on this technique and examples with several
