predict.coxph
Hi everyone,
Can anyone give me more details about the 'lp', 'risk', 'terms', and 'expected'
options from the predict.coxph function?
I actually found that risk is obtained from exp(lp). I can't find information on
'expected' type however. Is anybody can expand the information on this function?
Thank you in advance, I will appreciate it.

options
merci

overlay xyplot on contourplot in lattice in R
Hi everybody,
I want to do a contourplot in lattice with my raw data overlaid on it(xyplot)
which seemed to be a very easy thing to do.
I've tried it in many ways, but I haven't succeeded at obtaining it.
let's say x, y, and z as the variables that comes from the data frame ''ex'':
therefore my countourplot is as followed :
contourplot(z ~ x * y, cuts=550)

it''s normal behavior)

Draggables and overflow div''s revisited
I have two scrollable div''s (overflow:auto), one with
a list of elements (the source) and the other is the
drop target (dest).
I''ve enabled ghosting so that the drag element gets
out of the scrollable box (good).
Interesting, at least on Firefox, the ghosted drag
ends up going ''under'' the destination div when I drag
it. No amount of z-order fidding seems to

Factor names & levels
When I alter the levels of a factor, why does it alter the names too?
f <- factor(c(A="one",B="two",C="one",D="one",E="three"),
levels=c("one","two","three"))
names(f)
-- gives [1] "A" "B" "C" "D" "E"

RODBC and sqlSave issue
Hello,
I contact you after having unsuccessfully asked my question to R mailing list.
I use the package RODBC to connect to a MS-SQL server.
I am able to getQuery from the database.
I
am now studying the sqlSave some data into the database. Unfortunetly,
I meet some issues relating to the format of the data that arrives into
the database. I have three columns. The first one should be in the

rc2 clipping bug
Hello vorbis-developers,
I found that the start of "Patrick Bruel: Trois ans et demi d'amour"
causes a serious clipping artifact (~ a tenth second long) in the left
channel. It happens with oggenc and oggdrop too, but only in the 128,
160 and 192 kbps modes.
I have uploaded a FLAC-encoded sample to
http://www.detim.hu/~syp/Vorbis/PatrickBruel.flac
Sorry if this has been solved
