Where should CentOS users get /usr/share/virtio-win/drivers for virt-v2v?

Originally, I was getting this "No root device found in this operating
system image" error when attemting to migrate a Window 2008 VM. . .
[root at kvm01b ~]# virt-v2v -ic
'esx://my-vmware-hypervisor.example.com/' \
-os transferimages --network default my-vm
virt-v2v: No root device found in this operating system image.
. . . but I solved this with a simply `yum install
libguestfs-winsupport` since [the docs][v2v-guide] say:

failure converting Linux ESX guest to KVM hypervisor
Hi,
I am experiencing a failure running virt-v2v to convert a Linux guest
on an ESX host to a RedHat KVM hypervisor. The output with the failure
follows. Any help/guidance is appreciated.
[root at storage-024 ~]# virt-v2v -ic esx://<ip address>/?no_verify=1 -op
transferimages --bridge br0 dev-03 > /tmp/virt-v2v.output
error from Term::ReadKey::GetTerminalSize(): Unable to get Terminal Size.
The TIOCGWINSZ ioctl didn't work. The COLUMNS and LINES environment
variables didn't work. The resize program didn't work.
