I'm tempted to stick an "ntpdate -u ..." in the crontab to force
time-synch, but I don't see why that's needed if ntpd service should
already be fulfilling that purpose.

Double-clicking on Window "Locks it in Place"

file causes this behaviour, but would like to behave as a simple
click-and-drag, without needing a double-click on the window titlebar
first.
Any clue to how to work which configuration file settings control this

Very Delayed Boot on CentOS 7 (With default XFS)
