chan_h323 and extensions.conf
...192.168.1.20)
exten => 1025,1,Dial(H323/gm2@192.168.1.25)
Then from a H.323 client 192.168.1.25 I try to place a call:
callto://1020@192.168.1.20
(Asterisk runs on host 192.168.1.20, and a H.323 client is waiting calls)
But it doesn't work !
Any idea, please ?

Gnophone no sound

My problem is that with "bob" (503) I tried to call "alice" (505). But I
got any sound. Gnophones showed, on both side and in the History, the
Caller-ID. Could somebody give me some explications please !

error to load chan_iax.so

But the file /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_iax.so is there (either
chan_iax2.so ).
Could somebody tell me which options or files do I need to get it work,
please ?

First demo between IAX2 and chan_h323 works !

but unfortunately I don't understand English very well.
I was encouraged by the first result with Asterisk and chan_h323.
Thank you very much, "guest at Digium.com" .
Next step for me is to define some correct extensions for H.323 clients
in my local network.

How to define an extension for chan_h323
...st of
a H.323 client (GnomeMeeting).
When I tried to make a call from GnomeMeeting like this:
callto://192.168.1.20
I got the instructions in the "demo" menu but I can't place any call to
the extension "702".
Did I do something wrong here, please ?

calls between SIP and H.323 clients
...could be nice if I have a third context like [voip] to invite caller
to choose [h323] or [sip], etc.
2. if a caller knows an extension in [h323] or [sip], he could place a
call to it directly without going through the voice menu of [voip]
