XCP 1.6 don’t pass throug all traffic to (tpcdump) snort
Hi all, I have been troubled with the traffic flow on the XCP 1.6 and XCP 0.5. - I have 4 servers in VLAN2 on port b12,b13,b14,b15 (these servers work on a XCP 0.5) - on port a3 have have mirrort al ports from a1,a2,a4-b24 - have a other HP server with XCP1.6 with (Debian 6.0.6 as host) and install snort. this has 2 eth carts in it. slow lstat on 3.12 disperse volume
Hi We've recently done some testing with a 3.12 disperse cluster. The performance of filesystem stat calls was terrible, taking multiple seconds. We dumped client side stats to see what was going on and noticed gluster STAT was the culprit. tpcdump shows a STAT call being sent and replied to quite fast, but still the client hangs for multiple seconds before returning. After downgrading client side to 3.10 (servers still being 3.12), stat calls return instantaneous. After dumping client side stats when running the 3.10 client we noticed that...

Thanks a lot for your hints Pasi. Due to your suggestion I open a new thread here. I have tested with model=e1000 (HVMs). As HVM configs are identical (not iso images and LVM volumes) I guess it is a xen 4.1.2* issue .. or just involved domU OS-kernels (however as it is HVM it should not play any role) Tested and correctly working OSes (getting an IP address and pinging of
