Truncating (rounding down) to nearest half hour.
...st half hour, without losing
the date. For example, 01/01/2009 1:29 would round to 01/01/2009 1:00,
while 01/01/2009 1:31 would round to 01/01/2009 1:30.
Any help is greately appreciated.
