The network topologu is that there is a etherstub created called vmswitch0 then there is a vnic called dom0 configured in a global zone with ip 192.168.1.254 and dhcp server is listening on dom0 vnic. The guests OSes are then connected to vmswitch0 via etherbridge (so vnic is autmaticlly created). As I wrote above once...
