optimization remarks
Hi,
I am trying to compare the loop vectorizers effectiveness for different
targets relative to each other. That way, I am hoping to find loops that
are not vectorized - but could be - on my target by finding other
targets doing this successfully. With some luck, there might be
something in the Target files that could be fixed with improved
vectorization as a result...
I would like to do

token_tag in Flash?
Yo,
I''ve got this data POSTing from a Flash App and I need to figure out
how this little <%= token_tag %> works so I can give the Flash the
proper validation. See, I get this
ActionController::InvalidAuthenticityToken because you know, gotta
defend those POSTs, but how do I get the toke into my Flash?
I''m somewhat new, so if there is some way obvious easier way then let

[LLVMdev] Problem Compiling Test-suite
Hello, I am new in using llvm so I would like to get some help on how to compile test-suite.
Assumptions:
llvm is in /llvm directory
llvm-gcc is in /llvm-4.2-2.4-x86-linux-RHEL4/bin
I have tried compiling test-suite and I get the following error:

wxruby-swig 0.0.12 is up
This one includes the latest App.cpp which includes the Mac fix from
Nick. I thought it was in 0.0.11, but it wasn''t.
It also adds support for "stock objects", like colours, pens, and fonts.
This turned out to be quite challenging, but I''m happy with the
solution. It only took a few days :-/

wxruby-swig 0.0.7
I just pushed a new wxruby-swig, which includes the known MSWin rakefile
changes. It also has some significant internal improvements that will
make it easier to add classes, and it includes support for one new class
(wxEvent).
wxruby-swig is now licensed under the "MIT license". wxRuby will remain
under the wxWindows license as long as we are releasing the old code
base. When we

PKG_CFLAGS/CFLAGS and PKG_CXXFLAGS/CXXFLAGS
Why is it that R places CFLAGS after PKG_CFLAGS and not before when
compiling a package (e.g. through R CMD build pkg)? This can be
problematic if, for instance, you want to use -O3, but -O2 is in
R_HOME/etc/Makeconf. If -O2 (in CFLAGS) appears after -O3 (in
PKG_CFLAGS), you are left with what you didn't want: -O2.
In R-exts, it says that "Flags which are set in file etc/Makeconf

Samba/Winbind slow with Active Directory
Hi all,
I'm looking for answers regarding a problem I'm having with Samba. Since
a year our Samba fileserver is part of out worldwide corporate Active
Directory. Before that Samba was part of our local NT4 domain. Since the
change to Active Directory the Samba server became slower and sometimes
does not respond at all to share requests.
I need to find a solution to reduce the time

[LLVMdev] Cygwin llvm-gcc-4.2 regression
Hi,
I don't seem to be able to solve this regression with llvm-gcc-4.2 on
Cygwin.
It is weird as I thought I had checked SVN TOT and had a good build just
before the branch was corrected, so am confused.
If someone more experienced with debugging could have a look at this, its
like a syntax error. I have tried whittling the error down but it just
moves.
Trying to bisect between r98185 and
