The volume/traffic on this list has been getting pretty heavy. I find it hard to follow certain discussions and there are some that I am not interested in. Perhaps, we could split the list into two: One for discussing hardware (client phones and cards) and one for the software (configuration, problems, etc...) Or some other better scheme that someone can propose.

...server. Instead what I got was a situation where none of my Win2K machines could connect for about 10 min after booting. The error message was something to the tune of "The semaphore timeout has expired". After 10 min I was allowed access (sometimes). Once I removed the line all togeather, everything started working great. The man pages for hosts allow make it seem pretty simple. . what am I (we) missing?
