isohybrid: slint64-14.1.iso: unable to find mac efi image

will become macboot.img, but am not sure that's the right thing to do.
_On the same topic, I saw that now @ Fedora they don't use hfs-bless
any more, see mkefiboot (shipped in lorax/src/sbin). Does somrone know

...ny mis-composition of isolinux/macboot.img would only show
up at boot time.
Also any negative effect from platform id 0xef with the Mac
image should only show up at boot time.
I would be interested to learn more about HFS+ and Blessing. But

I only know that grub-mkrescue blesses
/System/Library/CoreServices/boot.efi with "intel_bootfile"
and

HFS+ uses the creation date of the root folder as one reference for identifying
hard link references. See

the reference (albeit only two lines and not particularly explicit). I have
reproduced undesirable hard link behavior on Tiger, Leopard, and Snow Leopard
using the following script (as you can see, this is certainly an edge case, but
