Reading sound in eagi script and recognizing DTMF sounds at thesame time ?
Hi, we've connected Sphinx4 through eagi script (modified eagi example) to Asterisk. Users can now say their wishes - but for gradual evolution we would like to provide "older" way of DTMF navigation too - can we recognize DTMF while reading sound in eagi ? Any advice or examples ? Thanks in advance, regards, Rob.

Updating multiple databases at the same time
I have an application that is load balanced. I have a master database which I update once a day. Then I push the raw mysql files to all other servers so they are the same as the master. This works fine, but there are a few situations where I need all databases to update in real-time. What would be the best way to achieve this in rails? Here is an example of what I am trying to do. I want to

routing within the same network? is it possible?
Hello, Is routing within the same network possible? If it is, what configuration should I put for the firewall/router shown below? I basically want the host debian13 to be able to send packets via a multi-homed firewall. I think the multi-homed firewall involve some routing. +-------------------+ |debian13 | |eth0:192.168.0.13 | +-------------------+ |eth0 |

SIP - Call Park/Pickup and Canreinvite=yes at the same time??
Hi all, I am trying to use canreinvite in sip.conf and park/pick up calls at the same time. Problem: When I have it set up so RTP goes through asterisk (sip.conf: canreinvite=yes), # to xfer works fine. But, when I set it up so the RTP goes direct between endpoints (sip.conf: canreinvite=no), the # to xfer doesn't work. I believe this is because asterisk isn't in the RTP path and

Asterisk processes
Hello I was wondering why the asterisk processes where growing, from one process at launch time to more than twenty after some weeks.... and I was wondering if all resources won't be eated at last.... (with 2% of memory by process make the sum....) I know this question has already been asked, but i didn't find any real reply (except RTFM likes... not very constructives anyway :-( ) I

[RFC] Adding thread group semantics to LangRef (motivated by GPUs)
I don't see how this would fix the continue vs. nested loop problem I explained earlier. That is, how would this prevent turning: for (...) { ballot(); if (... /* non-uniform */) continue; } into for (...) { do { ballot(); } while (... /* non-uniform */); } and vice versa? Note that there's no duplication going on here, and the single-threaded flow of control is

df reports wrong full capacity for distributed volumes (Glusterfs 3.12.6-1)
Hi Jose, There is a known issue with gluster 3.12.x builds (see [1]) so you may be running into this. The "shared-brick-count" values seem fine on stor1. Please send us "grep -n "share" /var/lib/glusterd/vols/volumedisk1/*" results for the other nodes so we can check if they are the cause. df reports wrong full capacity for distributed volumes (Glusterfs 3.12.6-1)
Hi, Some days ago all my glusterfs configuration was working fine. Today I realized that the total size reported by df command was changed and is smaller than the aggregated capacity of all the bricks in the volume. I checked that all the volumes status are fine, all the glusterd daemons are running, there is no error in logs, however df shows a bad total size. My configuration for one volume:

...://lists.samba.org/pipermail/samba/ Hi Samba guys, My name is Sam AINA. I am trying to configure Samba in my environment. My environment contains both Unix and NT workstations. I installed samba on Unix server and aAfter the configuration it works okay , I discovered that only the users that have thesame user IDs both on Unix & NT were allowed to login but not users with different user IDs were able to login. I belief this is a small problem somewhere and I want you guys to put me through. I have changed the option Security in global parameter to SHARE "security=share" but still could...
