bright blue colour for lines, to make them stand out when used with
black points
* scale_gradient: tweaked default colours to make more aesthetically pleasing
* theme: new theme setting panel.margin (a unit) controls gap between
panels in facetted plots (for both grid and wrap)
* theme_gray: removed black border around strips
* theme_bw: tweaks to make black and white theme look a little nicer
Bug fixes
* coord_cartesian now correctly clips instead of dropping points
outside of its limits
* facet_grid: margins now grouped correctly in default case
(non-aesthetic variables ignored wh...

grey scale graphs
Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to get "black and white theme" (grey scale,, I
would say) graphs using lattice or ggplot2, as it is shown in this
webpage: http://lmdvr.r-forge.r-project.org/figures/figures.html?
I am using Sweave, and I cannot get that color configuration.
I have added the following option: trellis.device(color=FALSE) but I got
a pdf file with color graphs.

png with ggplot on windows xp
Hi Group,
I posted this question on the ggplot list and was advised to try here
also. The code
below produces a plot as a png and pdf. The pdf looks great, and I cannot
make the png look this way. I've tried various combinations of
height, width, and dpi, but it has not worked out so
far. Any suggestions to make the png look like the pdf? I received a
response that
the problem does not occur
