centos 7.1 and compiz

looks as if it's not available for Gnome.
I also vaguely recall recently seeing a posting that the reason for it not being
available for Gnome is that Gnome already has compositing stuff built in.
But I could be wrong about thatl.

I noticed that too. ?When I installed centos 7 the second time, I noticed a kde desktop and a gnome desktop in the offering. ?If you don't select either (my first try before selecting kde), what desktop is installed?

centos 7.1 and compiz
I have compiz installed on centos 6.6, and I?ve been testing 7.1, but I can't find any info on installing compiz on 7.1. Is there any info for this or is it not supported yet?
