Dovecot aspects of fighting spam
I see no documents in the Dovecot documents wiki on how Dovecot
features can be used in the fight against spam. One hit came up in a
search, and it was about how to fight spam in the MoinMoin Wiki itself
(e.g. TextCHAs and such).
I already asked in another thread about removing message files at the
search from a designated "learn-spam" folder. My next question would
be how to automatically place detected spam into a specific folder for
the user to access or ignore as they deem fit. That would seem t...

Updating wiki content
Greetings, I'd like to contribute to the Dovecot wiki in regards to
clients that lack the ability to support SNI. However the captcha
doesn't make sense, I get a question "What do you do to prevent spam?".
This is a loaded question which I'm uncertain what the answer should be.

can't download attachment from the wiki
Hi. At http://wiki.dovecot.org/ManageSieve#line-229 , I want to download
the patch that's supposed to fix two problems in Avelsieve. Unfortunately,
when I click on the link to the patch, I always get an error message:
You are not allowed to do AttachFile on this page.
Annoying. I've created an account and logged in, but still no joy. Can
anyone suggest how or where else I can get

LDA null logging patch
I don't really need logging of successful local deliveries since the MTA
provides enough data. I can't get rid of LDA delivery logs by setting
deliver_log_format =
All this does is produce an empty log message e.g.
Apr 16 01:22:05 dserver dovecot: lda(user):
Timo, would you consider inclusion of this patch which will skip
logging deliveries if deliver_log_format is empty:

Procmail wiki text -- don't muck with SENDMAIL
I tried to edit http://wiki2.dovecot.org/procmail but got stuck on the
TextCha. Approaching this list instead seems to be a time-tested secondary
approach, and I wasn't completely comfortable making these changes without
discussion anyway. So here goes.
The SENDMAIL= assignment is not only irrelevant, but actually wrong. The
