Problem with btrfs send/receive
Hi everyone,
I was trying the new send/receive feature today but can''t make it work.
These are the commands I was using:
btrfs subvol snap -r /mnt/data1/@downloads/ /mnt/data1/snapshots/testsnap
btrfs send /mnt/data1/snapshots/testsnap | btrfs receive
/mnt/data1/snapshots/testreceive/
This command never finishes. A ''ls /mnt/data1/snapshots/testreceive/ ''
never finishes too. After killing the send/receive process one can see
that the target subvolume was created but is empty.
Sending the snapshot to a file and use this for receiving does work.

Problem with AGI "Record File"
...There may be a bug here, but first let me make sure that I have the
command line right (as the documentation is a bit sketchy)
Not sure what to put in the "format" field, so I tried gsm and pcm.
I tried the following, one at a time - all with the same result:
print "RECORD FILE testrec gsm 1 5000"; # allowing DTMF 1 as the
terminator
-or-
print "RECORD FILE testrec pcm 1 5000";
-or-
print "RECORD FILE testrec gsm 1 5000 0 BEEP 2";
and similar combinations. The requested file is not created on the disk.
Has anyone used the RECORD FILE function recentl...

...nt for an apt-get update / dist-upgrade
which installed (among others) a new rpi-update, and running rpi-update
gave me kernel 3.18.3+
After a reboot, playback worked like a charm, no pops, clicks, ticks, just
perfect playback. No messages in syslog either.
Then I tried: arecord -D hw:1 -f cd testrec.wav
But as soon as something other than silence was sent to the device, lines
like these started to show up:
