6.4-PRELEASE sporadically panicking with fatal trap 12
Hello,
I'm running 6.4-PRELEASE, last built on 2008-10-05 with /usr/src updated on the same day.
I had a panic that looks to me very similiar to the one described here (hence the subject):
http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-stable/2008-September/045405.html
What caught my curiosity is the message:
Unread portion of the kernel message buffer:

Xen 4.1.1 HVM guest cdrom trouble, lost interrupts, ata failed commands (frozen)
Hello,
I was testing Fedora 16 (rc2) Xen host, with included Xen 4.1.1 rpms
and Linux 3.1.0 dom0 kernel. Fedora 16 PV domUs seem to work nicely.
I noticed a problem with Fedora 16 Xen HVM guests though.
The F16 guest kernel (Linux 3.1.0) fails with the qemu-dm emulated DVD-ROM drive..
Full HVM guest kernel dmesg attached to this email.

Latest AMD, IOMMU Security Change causing CPU0 Panic and general Problems with AMD+IOMMU changes
Hi,
unfortunatly your latest change "AMD,IOMMU: Clean up old entries in
remapping tables when creating new one" (Changeset 26517 in
xen-unstable and 25975 in xen-4.2-testing) is causing a CPU0 Panic at
boot for me.
When i tried to boot latest versions of xen unstable or xen-testing,
my dom0 gives me the message:

[Fwd: Re: [Fwd: Re: Still ATAPICAM Lockup/Slowdown]]
Thomas,
Have spoken to Soren, from my bootlog he believes that the problem is in
atapicam causing the system to lock up. He is happy to answer some
questions but doesnt have time to delve into atapicam himself.
Did you author atapicam, I have seen your name on the sourcecode, can
you help me further? Whats next?
Thanks Adam.
