rescue_action_in_public useless to capture low level errors
...incorrect db name in database.yml (for
example),
with lower level errors like when the DB server is just down, I still
get the default system error screen for MySQL::ERROR :
Can''t connect to local MySQL server through socket ''/tmp/mysql.sock''

RAILS_ROOT: xxx/test_recover/public/../config/..
and the ugly stack trace (see end of message)
QUESTION:
Is there anything I can do to capture and handle low levers errors like
this one?
