frequently ballooning results in qemu exit
We created a 64bit SLES11 SP1 guest, and then used a script to change memory (using mem-set command) periodically (in 1 second): set 1G, set 2G, set 1G, set 2G, and so on. After a few minutes, we encountered QEMU exit due to SIGBUS error. Below is the call trace captured by gdb: The call trace: Program received signal SIGBUS, Bus error. 0x00007f94f74773d7 in memcpy () from /lib64/libc.so.6 (gdb)

...his whole "hey, did you know you were never using the bridge fdb flags correctly?" is starting to become a bit of a meme. I'll send v2 with BR_FDB_ADDED_BY_EXT_LEARN not prevented from being notified from switchdev. Unless you have any objection, I won't send v2 like this: if (test_bit(BR_FDB_ADDED_BY_USER, &fdb->flags) && !test_bit(BR_FDB_STATIC, &fdb->flags) && !test_bit(BR_FDB_ADDED_BY_EXT_LEARN, &fdb->flags)) return; but like this: /* Entries with just the BR_FDB_ADDED_BY_USER flag set were created * using 'bridge fdb...

[PATCH] com32: Do not use centralized bitops header in vsscanf
...ddress all the bits of the bitmap as the size of 'matchmap' is 32 bytes. This commit doesn't entirely revert db74cf6 as having centralised bitops does make sense in principle, it's just that we can't use it in vsscanf(). Also, we still need to refrain from marking set_bit() and test_bit() as static inline otherwise we will end up running into the compilation issue described in the original commit.
